It’s essential for you to communicate with me throughout the session to ensure the pressure is appropriate for you.

I’ll work on different areas of your body, which can include your back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, abdomen and feet. We will discuss what areas you would like to be included in your treatment when you arrive. I will systematically address each area to provide a comprehensive and harmonising experience. The massage may also include stretching techniques to improve your flexibility and joint mobility.
